Women in Leadership in Community Organizations

WiLCO project looks at unique ways to support the efforts of women leading community organizations. Teams of 2 to 4 women leaders from six Michiana community based organizations agency are supported by WiLCO initiatives. Through a t hree day retreat, funded projects to address a key issue, consultant to assist with the project, half day dialogues, day long trainings and Saint Mary’s interns.
