Saint Mary's College has a commitment to inclusion of intercultural issues throughout the curriculum, as well as a number of strong, academic departments and programs that focus primarily on this content. The Center for Women's Intercultural Leadership supports this ongoing commitment through multiple resources for faculty to continually update their knowledge base and course work.

These resources include:

• On-campus faculty development programming and support for ongoing internal faculty network
• Information on external faculty development opportunities
• Funds for necessary study travel through the faculty grants or group grants
• Release time through the annual fellows program
• Funds for relevant library acquisitions (through the normal acquisitions process)
• Funds for departmental instructional materials
• Funds for guest speakers and events through event co-sponsorship
• Assistance with making contacts at other institutions for faculty exchange
