Juanita Boozer Bay `52
Paula Dawning has been a member of the Saint Mary’s College Board of Trustees since 2006 and is on the CWIL International Advisory Board.
Juanita Boozer Bay graduated from Saint Mary’s with degrees in political science and sociology. After moving to Toronto she served in several positions, including chief of staff for Toronto’s Urban Alliance on Race Relations, and acting director of the policy section of the Ontario Women’s Directorate.
