Learning Experiences in China

Join us for the CWIL Colloquium on Learning Experiences in China presented by Dr. Alice Siqin Yang, Assistant Director Global Education/2009 China Summer Program Coordinator, and the following guest panelists:

  • Julie Hagopian (History)
  • Caitlin Cunningham (Art History)
  • Ashley Cook (Biology)
  • and Andrew Trapp (a special guest from the program partner Creighton University)

We will be discussing the learning experiences of being abroad in China. Detailed information about 2010 China Summer Program will be offered. All students that attended the China summer program and who are interested are invited to come.Light refreshments will be provided.

You are also welcome to listen to Andrew Trapp talking about his years of experience as the China Summer Program assistant, Chinese learning, English teaching in China, and intercultural understanding between Chinese and Americans.  Mr. Trapp will speak on November 9 from 2-3 p.m. in the Chinese class (135 Spes Unica Hall).
