Leadership Lunch "Peace and Politics"

Guest Speaker, Karen Jacob, WAND, Inc. Chair 

Karen Jacob has enjoyed a long "peace career." She has worked for Physicians for Social Responsibility, in addition to long-time affiliations with other peace and justice organizations. She serves as Chair of the national WAND, Inc. board and is president of WAND of Northern Indiana, an active chapter that organizes many local peace and justice events.   Jacob is an active artist.

Leadership Lunches are a way for Saint Mary's students, faculty and staff to get connected with area women leaders on a wide variety of issues and concerns. These connections can lead to research projects, internships, volunteer opportunities or Bridging grants. Stop by for 15 minutes or the whole time and enjoy pizza and lively conversation.
