Chinese Traditional Paper-Cuts and New Year Cards Exhibition
February 6 – 21, Cushwa-Leighton Library

Chinese International Student Jingqiu Guan’s paper-cuts and traditional Chinese New Year cards collected by Ms. Susan Yang Kiang (http://www.chiamonline.org/People/GK/kiangsusan.htm) will be exhibited in the library for two weeks.

Chinese paper-cut, also called scissor-cut, is a traditional Chinese folk art. It is often used for window, door, or gifts decoration for holidays, which is considered as a symbol of good luck.

Chinese Dinner
February 15, Monday, Dining Hall

Delicious Chinese food will be provided by Sodexo at dinner time in the dining hall. Please join us for a Chinese New Year Celebration!
